Q:  Can Someone Help Me Figure Out What Type of Massage is Best for Me?  

Absolutely! We'll help you discover the ideal massage for your needs. Upon arrival, we'll engage in a detailed discussion to customize your therapeutic experience according to your preferences. You are also welcome to give us a call prior to scheduling your appointment.


Q:  Do You Accept Walk-Ins?

We do not accept walkins. Our dedicated massage therapists require time to review your profile prior to each appointment to ensure a well-informed, customized experience.


Q: What is the Recommended Arrival Time?

New clients are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork and consult with their therapist. Returning clients should arrive promptly to ensure a seamless start to their scheduled session. While we strive to accommodate late arrivals, delays may necessitate rescheduling to maintain the quality of service.


Q: Should I Book a 1 or 2 hour massage?  Or longer?

The ideal session length varies based on individual needs. A 60-minute session allows focused attention on 2-3 specific areas or half of the body in detail. Extending to 90 minutes enables therapists to thoroughly prepare muscles for comprehensive, therapeutic benefits. 


Q: What Should I Wear During the Massage? 

Our expert therapists will offer guidance tailored to your specific treatment areas. Most guests opt for complete undress beneath respectful draping, while the option to wear undergarments is always respected. Notably, sessions focusing solely on Cranial Sacral therapy require no undressing, with loose, comfortable attire being suitable.


Q: Will I Experience Soreness After the Massage? 

Sometimes initial sessions may result in mild soreness similar to post-exercise fatigue, which typically diminishes with subsequent visits. 


Q:  What’s the Difference Between Thai Influenced Deep Tissue and Regular Deep Tissue Massage? 

Our Thai Influenced Deep Tissue Massage is a dream for those seeking relief from lower body muscle tension, including tight glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, achilles, and feet. It remains our most sought-after service for its targeted, rejuvenating benefits. On the other hand, our regular deep tissue massage offers comprehensive relief for the entire body, providing a deeply therapeutic experience that enhances overall well-being.


Q: Is Prenatal Massage Available?

Prenatal massages are not available for at this time.


Q: Are Services Available for Minors?  

Yes. A parent or legal guardian are require a to complete a Minor Consent from. Accommodation options are available to ensure both comfort and safety during the session.


Q:  How Soon After an Accident Can I Schedule an Appointment?  

Following a recent car accident, we advise waiting at least 48 hours before scheduling a massage. This precaution allows time for any latent symptoms to manifest, ensuring your safety and comfort during treatment.


Q: Should I Tip, and How Much? 

While gratuities are optional, they are greatly appreciated. Customarily, tips range between 18-25%, reflecting your satisfaction. Tips can be given in cash or conveniently added to your credit/debit card transaction at our reception desk.

Q: What is your privacy policy? 

We  take client privacy seriously. Your personal information is strictly confidential and used solely by our team to provide the best possible service. Every staff member signs a confidentiality agreement, outlining how your details are handled and protected.

Q:  Do You Accept Health Care Reimbursement or Insurance? 

No. Clients often utilize flex spending debit cards for payments. We recommend consulting your insurance provider regarding coverage eligibility before booking services, as we do not directly process insurance claims.

Gift Certificates & Massage Session Packages 

Gift certificates and massage session packages are non-redeemable for cash and non-refundable. We assume no liability for lost or stolen gift certificates


Cancellation Policy and Fees 

At The Cranial Club, we prioritize ensuring your visit is flawlessly tailored to your desires. To ensure seamless service we dedicate our resources exclusively to you. We have crafted a deposit policy that reflects our commitment to excellence.

  • Individual Services: Secure your appointment with a $50 deposit upon booking.
  • Multiple Services or Packages: Enjoy a comprehensive experience with a 50% deposit to reserve your special selection of treatments.
  • Booking for Others: When arranging an appointment for another person without attending yourself, please ensure the service is prepaid in its entirety. This helps facilitate a smooth and efficient process for everyone involved.
     

Why Deposits Matter:

  • Your deposit guarantees our undivided attention, reserving our skilled staff and tranquil treatment spaces for your exclusive use.
  • Appointment deposits are non-refundable and serve to reserve our staff and room specifically for you at the specified time you requested. BUT appointments may be changed without incurring a fee if the minimum amount of notice is provided. If this occurs the deposit will remain credited to you and applied to your next appointment.


Cancellation Policy and Etiquette:


With today's fast-paced lifestyle , we value the time of both our valued clients and dedicated therapists. Please acquaint yourself with our cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • Less Than 24 Hours: Late cancellations incur a  full fee of the scheduled service cost, respecting the commitment and preparation invested in your appointment.
  • Same-Day or Day-Prior Appointments: For these expedited bookings, cancellations will result in a fee equivalent to the full service's value.
  • Late Arrivals:  We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals and understand that things happen, however, if we do not have enough time to provide a quality treatment without impacting other appointments, we may need to cancel the service and reschedule.  In the unfortunate event of a late arrival that requires a cancellation, the full value is billed as if it were a late cancel or no show.


At The Cranial Club, we stand behind the quality of our completed services with confidence. Should there be any concerns, we kindly ask our valued clients to inform us in writing within 24 hours of service completion. Pending manager approval, we are pleased to offer the possibility of complimentary or discounted service within 7 days to ensure your complete satisfaction. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities at The Cranial Club.
